This adds to his 4 Gold medals won just last month at the Australian Gymnastics Championships.
Table Tennis members, Aiden Hayward, Sam Bailey, Jeremy Learmonth, Ethan Bateman, Emma Learmonth and Rory Carroll all competed at the Victorian Country Table Tennis Titles.
Hayward, Bailey and Jeremy Learmonth won 17 of the 18 singles matches played between them, and all 6 of their doubles matches on Day 1.
Jeremy Learmonth won the Singles aggregate title for his grade for his performance over all three days, while Bateman’s team was runner up in their grade.
Emma Learmonth won 4 of her singles matches, and Carroll won 8 of 9 singles matches over the tournament. 8 of his 9 singles matches over Sunday and Monday 8 of his 9 singles matches over Sunday and Monday to be part of a running up team in their grade. Well done all.
Bailey, Hayward and Jeremy Learmonth won their section overall, winning all 9 singles matches (3 each) and 2 doubles matches in one day.
Max Ferrier finished at the semi final stage in The Victorian Country Hockey Championships....losing 4-0 to Ballarat as part of Warrnambool team. Sunday was better with a draw to HCV and loss to Albury. A solid weekend for Max.Hockey star Max Ferrier made it to the Semi final stage of the Victorian Country Hockey Championships in Melbourne. Competing as part of the Warrnambool side, Ferrier and his team mates fought hard throughout the competition, with a 5-0 win early in the competition, a draw, and then unfortunately dropping their remaining matches.
This weekend coming will see Cyclist Sam Warren compete in the Shepparton Junior Tour. The National Road Championships will be held at this venue in September, and it is expected a large number of riders from across the country will participate on this race.
Boxer Dylan Malia will contest a fight this coming Sunday.
