The aim of the WVAS Strength & Conditioning (S&C) program is to enhance the athletes' physical capabilities, preventing them from injuries and improving their overall sporting performance. WestVic S&C sessions focus on improving movement and technique in the gym, as for many of our athletes it will be their first time in an S&C setting. All athletes are tailored for on an individual basis, as decided by their S&C coach and the program coordinator.
